Example Photo Booth Service Agreement Terms

 

DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS  

Date changes should be done at least 30 days before the event through written request via email or in paper. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the retainer shall be forfeited and event cancelled. Any cancellation shall forfeit the deposit retainer paid during the signing of the contract if cancelled under the 30-day limit. Any additional payment shall be refunded.

PAYMENT

A non-refundable retainer in the amount of $200 is due upon signing of this contract. The remaining amount is due on or before the event day. We accept electronic transfers via Venmo, PayPal or bank deposit. We are not able to secure your date on our calendar until the deposit is received. If the rental time period exceeds the service period agreed to in the invoice below, the excess in rental time will be billed to the operator at the hourly rate of $150 billed in hourly increments.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

  • Good access for delivery to performance area. Provider should be informed if in case access is only through stairs. Booth Event Company reserves the right to cancel any booking for the reason of inaccessibility to performance area. The deposit fee will be charged for the lost time and round-trip travel.

  • A smooth level surface with an area of at least 8ft by 8ft and a height of at least 7ft for the Booth setup.

  • A 220 V electric outlet for the Booth within 20 feet of the desired performance area.

  • A covered or tented area if the event is outdoor. If in case a covered or tented area cannot be provided by the client, Booth Event Company reserves the right at any time to deny service outdoors for reasons that might damage our equipment.

  • If digital sharing (via social media, email, etc.) is purchased, a wireless internet connection will be required.

BOOTH EVENT COMPANY OBLIGATIONS

  • Provide an operational Booth for the number of hours booked.

  • Provide unlimited prints for the duration of the indicated service period.

  • Provide free customized design for the backdrop in case customized backdrop is included in the package.

  • Provide non-customized backdrop in case a customized backdrop is not included.

  • Provide props for free.

  • Provide photos to customer following event either via online gallery or USB drive, in accordance to package purchased.

  • Provide at least one onsite attendant to assist guests using the Booth and maintain the Booth in operating condition.

  • Provide any additional items as part of the package selected.

  • Free Booth transportation within indicated service area (Warrenton, North Carolina and 45 mile radius around). An additional payment for the transportation will be charged accordingly for events outside the service area.

  • Deliver, install, and remove the photo booth in a timely manner.
